Thank you for shopping with Spa Ashton. We take great care to ensure every order is processed efficiently and delivered with the same attention to detail you expect from our spa experience. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
All retail orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If an item is out of stock or your order will be delayed, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, delivery address, and selected shipping method.

Expedited Shipping 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping 1-2 business days

Local Pickup
Local clients may choose Free In-Store Pickup at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at:

Pickup orders are typically ready within 2-3 hours. Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when collecting your items.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses at this time. Certain skincare items may be unavailable for shipment to select states due to ingredient regulations.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping details carefully before completing checkout. Spa Ashton cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
